Absolutely! Whether you're moving across town, across the country, or even internationally, I can help connect you with trusted real estate professionals almost anywhere. Over the years, I've built relationships with incredible agents across the country, and I take the time to match you with someone I'd confidently recommend to my own friends and family.

How does working with you work?

It all starts with a conversation. I'll learn about your goals, answer your questions, and help you think through your options. When the time is right, I'll either work with you directly (if in Northern NJ) or connect you with a trusted local agent who's the right fit for your personality, goals, and timeline. My role is to make the process feel simpler, more personal, and a lot less overwhelming.

How do you choose the agents you recommend?

I look for much more than experience or sales volume. I care about communication, integrity, local expertise, and finding someone whose personality and approach align with yours. Every recommendation is made thoughtfully—never randomly.

Why wouldn't I just find an agent on my own?

You absolutely can. My role isn't to convince you otherwise—it's to make the process easier. Think of me as someone in your corner from the very beginning. I help you think through your options, answer your questions, and connect you with someone I genuinely believe is the right fit, so you can move forward with confidence.

Do I have to be ready to move before reaching out?

Not at all.

Some people reach out months before they're ready, while others are simply exploring an idea or trying to decide if moving is the right next step. Whether you're ready now or just dreaming about what's next, I'm happy to meet you wherever you are in the process.

Does it cost anything to work with you?

No. My guidance and agent matching services are completely complimentary to you. If I connect you with one of my trusted agent partners and your transaction closes, I'm paid through the agent's referral fee—never by you.

What does "Professional Homebody" mean?

It's a bit of a play on words.
